Bohoka Employment Initiative advocates for vulnerable women through a trauma-informed and holistic approach to job training. Bohoka equips women with both employable skills and mental health resilience in order to break the cycle of material poverty and find freedom from the poverty mindset. Our program is rooted in trauma-informed approaches to job training and employment advocacy in the context of a supportive community.
