​Using a competent team of Consultants, in possession of Masters degrees, PhDs and various professional qualifications, we carry out open and in-house training for personnel, leaders and managers in Government entities, United Nations agencies, civil society organisations and the private sector in general.

At the moment, we are pleased to announce our upcoming world class human resource management seminars, to be held in Kigali, Rwanda between November 2017 and February 2018.
The training(s) will be in the form of short courses or seminars as indicated below, conducted in 5 star hotel environments with guaranteed international standards. Methods used during the training(s) will include but not limited to lectures, group discussions, role playing, questions and answer sessions, quizzes, video clips, power point presentations and study tours where necessary. On the whole, the training(s) will be very interactive and therefore participatory, to enable participants share skills, information, ideas and experience. Relevant certificates of attendance will be awarded to participants at the end of the training(s).

The seminars or training(s) will cater both for executives from within Rwanda and those from outside Rwanda. During the training(s), participants will be expected to meet their own expenses of transport to and from the training venues, including expenses of their breakfast, supper and sleeping accommodation. Participants from outside Rwanda who are not familiar with the country, particularly Kigali, hotel rooms’ accommodation, supper and breakfast are available at reasonable rates depending on the hotel of one’s choice, in the clean and safe city of Kigali. In moderate hotels, charges range from the equivalent of $ 70 to $ 90 U.S. Dollars a room per day and for breakfast they range from the equivalent of $ 10 to $ 30 U.S. Dollars per person per day. In high class hotels, charges of sleeping accommodation range from the equivalent of $ 100 to $ 200 U.S. Dollars per room, per day. Where need be, we can assist in booking rooms for participants in the hotel categories of their choice if they inform us so in advance, by e-mail.
