The Komera Project is a registered 501(c) (3) non-profit organization that develops self-confident young women through education, Community and sport. We created the Komera Project to assist girls in rural Rwanda who have the courage and desire to pursue secondary education, but who lack the resources to do so. During school holidays, Komera scholars receive extensive training on how to be an agent for social change within her community. We believe that she will begin her own non-profit project and become a community leader.
