The company was founded in 2019 by private investors and a management team with a wealth of experience building and managing industry-leading companies in emerging markets and an international background in technology. The company was incorporated with the core business objective of offering Sports entertainment to Nigerians but may eventually expand its scope to one or more of the following activities:
