Our lithium-ion cathode material smart factory is located in Hancheng Economic and Technological Development Zone, has a registered capital of 1 billion yuan. At present, the company has invested 1.839 billion yuan to achieve the production scale of 25000 tons of lithium ion power battery multi-component cathode materials and 20000 tons of precursors annually; Since November 2017, the company has invested 1.2 billion yuan to build a production line with an annual output of 10000 tons of ternary cathode materials and 6000 tons of precursors for the first phase of the project. In 2020, the company produced 4500 tons of ternary cathode material lithium nickel cobalt manganate, reaching an industrial output value of 500 million yuan. In the first eight months of this year, more than 4000 tons of products were produced, reaching an industrial output value of 720 million yuan, realizing profits and taxes of 56 million yuan, making the production capacity rapidly increased. At present, the Company is integrating the experience of Phase I construction to optimize the production process and equipment configuration of Phase II. It is planned to complete the project phase II in this year and the next year, and complete the construction of an annual production capacity of 15000 tons of ternary cathode materials and 14000 tons of precursors. As the first intelligent factory in the lithium battery cathode material industry in China, the company has won the qualification accreditation of national high-tech enterprises, the third batch of "specialized, special and new" small giant enterprises, green factories, provincial enterprise technology centers and engineering technology centers, and officially launched the IPO.
