Synergy International Systems (Synergy) is in search of an accomplished Director of Operations to spearhead Synergy’s new branch office in Kigali, Rwanda. The Director of Operations will serve as the local administrative and technical focal point for Synergy projects within the region. This will include oversight of local project activities and staff, as well as business administration and business development. The Director of Operations will lead new business efforts related to the company’s regional portfolio in Central, Southern, and Eastern Africa. The Director will be responsible for all aspects of the company’s local portfolio, including project supervision, contract management, and business development. The Director will be part of the company-wide Business Development Team and will report directly to the CEO on a regular basis.
