Established in 1951, IOM is the leading inter-governmental organization in the field of migration and works closely with governmental, intergovernmental and non-governmental partners.

The IOM Constitution recognizes the link between migration and economic, social and cultural development, as well as to the right of freedom of movement.

Request for Proposals

RFP No.: RW10/2017/003

The International Organization for Migration (hereinafter called IOM) intends to hire Service Provider for the COUNTER TRAFFICKING PROJECT for which this Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued.

IOM now invites Service Providers/ Consulting Firms to provide Technical and Financial Proposal for the following Services: Human Trafficking Research in Rwanda. More details on the services are provided in the request for proposal document which will be available at the IOM office (details below) from Tuesday 14th November 2017, between 0900hrs and 1700hrs (with an exception of one hour lunch break between 1300hrs – 1400hrs)for interested bidders.

The Service Provider /Consulting Firm will be selected under a Quality –Cost Based Selection procedures described in this RFP.

The Proposals must be delivered by hand to the IOM office address at IOM Rwanda office premises located in Gasabo District, Kimihurura Sector, Rugando Cell,Gasasavillage , KG 632 Ston on 8 December  2017 before 1:00 p.m. No late proposal shall be accepted.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Service Providers/ Consulting Firms
