After a number of applicatons and no replies,some times i get a feeling that our applications either dont get to employers in time or they just hung on the site database and not forwarded to them and also feels like all efforts were in vain for the applicants.
I suggest that atleast even if the job is given out to some one else that you send mail to those who applied for status.

The "Job in Rwanda" initiative is very usefull for all job's seekers, as everybody now can find where he can apply for different positions available in Rwanda. All this in total transparency.
