COMPANY INTRODUCTION 

We are, Wicloud, established in mid-2022, with over 1000 employees across 3 offices in the international. Wicloud dedicates the One-Stop Digital Transformation Service to our customers. Renowned for delivering premium IT outsourcing services exclusively 

tailored for Microsoft clients for 4 products: Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Windows Commercial, and Microsoft Office 365. 

YOU WILL: 

  • Initiate outbound communications to source prospective candidates for software engineering and other technical roles at varying skill levels 
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create accurate and complete job descriptions and hiring criteria 
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, People team members, and executives on the offer process, defining salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
  • Conduct phone screens, interviews, and schedule steps in the application process
  • Using relevant recruiting metrics like time-to-fill and candidate assessment data, evaluate and refine current processes 
  • Establishing a playbook for recruiting to take our talent acquisition methods to the next level 

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATES: 

  • Possess no less than 5 years of professional recruitment experience; 
  • Be proficient in utilizing local mainstream recruitment channels in Kigali for talent hunting; 
  • Able to use English as daily working language proficiently for all recruitment-related communication; 
  • Have solid connections and in-depth knowledge of talent resources from local universities in Kigali; 
  • Familiar with local labor laws and relevant employment regulatory provisions of Rwanda.

OTHERS:

Working location: Kigali City, Rwanda 

Working time: Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM. Standby for emergent cases (such as emergent incident troubleshooting, system upgrade, etc.
