Viewing & Registration Starting 17th August,2026, at the auction venue during working hours 
Sale Basis All assets are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS.” Buyers must inspect assets before bidding. No warranty is provided by UNHCR or CYAMUNARA RWANDA LTD.
Entrance Fee RWF 5,000, non-refundable, payable through MoMo Pay 001983 — CYAMUNARA RWANDA LTD
Vehicle/bid assets Deposit Certified cheque of RWF 5,000,000 per vehicle, issued in the name of CYAMUNARA RWANDA LTD
Other Asset Deposit Certified cheque of RWF 1,000,000, issued in the name of CYAMUNARA RWANDA LTD
Unsuccessful Bidders Their certified cheques deposit will be returned in accordance with the auction terms.
Payment Method No cash payments accepted. Successful buyers pay through the designated CYAMUNARA RWANDA LTD bank account.
Auction Method Live public bidding; the highest bidder is declared the buyer, subject to applicable reserve prices.
Payment Deadline Full payment within three (3) working days after the auction
Buyer’s Costs Taxes, duties, transfer, registration, customs clearance and transport are paid by the buyer.
Collection Deadline Assets must be collected within three (3) working days after the auction.
Late Collection After the 3 days,Storage fee of RWF 10,000 per day until collection
Default A buyer who fails to pay on time forfeits the bid security, and the asset will be re-auctioned.
