Tender Notice for Cloud Hosting and Infrastructure Services for the Amir Imboni Platform

Tender Notice 

The Association of Microfinance Institutions in Rwanda (AMIR) invites firms to submit proposals for a consultancy on “Cloud Hosting and Infrastructure Services for the AMIR Imboni Platform”

Detailed Terms of Reference (ToRs) may be obtained from the AMIR Secretariat during working days and hours, or by requesting them via email to info@amir.org.rw, starting 22nd May 2026. The ToRs will be provided upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Twenty Thousand Rwandan Francs (RWF 20,000) to the AMIR account at Bank of Kigali:

Completed tender documents must be submitted via email to info@amir.org.rw no later than 5:00 PM (Kigali time) on 10th June 2026.
