1. Brief description of DUHAMIC-ADRI
DUHAMIC-ADRI is a local Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) based in Kigali, Rwanda, established and legally recognized under Ministerial Order No. 943/05 of 12 July 1985. The organization operates in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations of Rwanda, including Law No. 058/2024 of 20 June 2024, governing non-governmental organizations.

2. Tender background
In pursuit of institutional sustainability, DUHAMIC-ADRI has invested in the construction of a multi-storey apartment building, located in Kicukiro District, Niboye Sector. The building is about to be completed and will soon be opened for use. Once completed, it will comprise 14 residential units: 7 one-bedroom apartments with a living room, 3 two-bedroom apartments with a living room and 4 studio apartments, each equipped with a kitchen.
To make them ready for use as furnished rental apartments, DUHAMIC-ADRI intends to engage three (3) qualified, experienced, and reputable service providers to undertake the furnishing works, divided into the following three (3) lots:
- Lot 1: Construction works & construction-related items
- Lot 2: Supply and installation of furniture, furnishings and non-electrical equipment
- Lot 3: Supply and Installation of electronics and electrical equipment
The items to be supplied and installed will be in line with the furniture and interior design proposal selected by DUHAMIC-ADRI for the building.
