About the Role

Finance is looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator reporting to the Payments and Cash Management Lead. You will perform administrative work related to payments and bank account management. Your role supports all One Acre Fund entities and will require coordination with the payments team, banking partners, other departments and the Office of the CFO.

Responsibilities

  • You will perform all bank and mobile money accounts administrative activities incl. opening/ closing new accounts, online access management, account signatories tracker, and annual KYC assessments.

  • Coordinate correspondence and collate supporting documents for banking activities.

  • Oversee the Vendor Masterfile in SAP by adding new or updating vendor details and ensuring appropriate documents are obtained and filed per our policy.

  • Work with the Tech team to implement improvements to the vendor management processes.

  • Perform another ad hoc administrative duties as assigned by your manage

Qualifications

Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for. For this role specifically, you will have:

  • At least 3 years of experience working in an administrative role in operations or finance

  • Adept with technology and comfortable maintaining data in Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)

  • An excellent communicator with sound business writing skills in English

  • Knowledgeable about using payments and accounting platforms

  • Diligent, organized and reliable
