Interested persons may inspect the above items at the office of Rwanda Bridges to Justice from Friday 22nd May 2020 from 9:00 am to 14:00pm to Friday 5th June 2020 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. (By appointment only)

Requirements for interested buyers:

This tender is open to all the public.

Interested bidders must submit their offer, using the attached bidding form Annex 1, to the Rwanda Bridges to Justice Head of office in sealed envelope and mark “Tender for RBJ’’

The successful bidder will be fully responsible for taxes and duties to RRA (if applicable)

Offers made are not negotiable once submitted.

The successful bidder must pay 100% of the cost by certified cheque and take the item (s) once the payment is reflected on the account.

The sale is strictly on “AS–IS, WHERE–IS” RBJ has no liability what-so-ever as to the condition of the asset. All items are sold as-is, in their present condition with no guarantee or warranty. Removal of all items bought are the buyer’s responsibility.

Rwanda Bridges to Justice reserves the right to reject or cancel any or all offers, to waive the process, and to accept offers that meet the current value of the item.

Sealed offers must be delivered to the address mentioned in the annex by 5th June 2020 12:00hrs. Late bids will not be accepted.

All offers sealed will be opened by an auction committee and a winner will be notified by at the latest Wednesday 10/06/2020 to coordinate payment and pick-up procedures. Failure to remove the items from the RBJ premises by Monday 15/06/2020 will result in them being offered to the next highest bidder.
