AUCTION OF USED Motorcycles and Generator

 The British High Commission (BHC) Kigali is planning to auction three used Motorcycles, a Generator, 7 Laptops, Electric Cooker and Printer.

These items can be found at British High Commission located at Kacyiru, Boulevard de l’Umuganda, opposite Umubano Hotel.

Interested persons may inspect the above items at the British High Commission Office from Thursday 8th to Wednesday 14th November 2018 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm but on Friday 9th  we close at 12:00.

 Requirements for the interested buyers:

  • This tender is open to all the public
  • Interested buyers must submit their offer to the BHC Corporate Services Manager in sealed envelope and mark “ Tender for BHC Motorcycle, Generator, Laptop, Cooker and Printer ’’
  • The envelopes should be dropped in the tender box at the reception
  • The offer must show the proposed price of the item
  • The successful bidder will be fully responsible of taxes and duties to RRA.
  • The successful bidder will pay at 20% of the cost in cash or certified cheque and settle the remaining balance within 3 days.
  • The sale is strictly on “AS–IS, WHERE–IS” The BHC has no liability what-so-ever as to the condition of the vehicle.
  • The British High Commission reserves the right to reject or cancel any or all bids, to waive the process, and to accept bids that meet the current value of the item.
  • Sealed bids must be delivered to the address mentioned above by 14th November 2018 at 5:00 PM. Late bids will not be accepted.
  • Sealed bids will be opened in public on Monday 19th November at 15:00 and a winner will be announced on the same day.
