JOB VACANCY - Brand Manager
KISS FM is looking for an experienced and self-driven Brand Manager to join our talented team.
The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to increase audience size for the radio station.
The Brand Manager will evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implement marketing plan alterations as needed and oversee all marketing, advertising, social media, and promotional activities.
- Responsible for the marketing of the brand
- Develop an annual marketing plan.
- Budget management. To deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget.
- To achieve frequent, timely and positive media coverage across all available media.
- To develop and implement a company-wide plan to increase audience & brand awareness, working with all departments for its execution.
- Approximately 4 years of experience in the marketing industry.
- Experience with a company in a related sector
- Extensive experience of developing, maintaining and delivering on marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
- A strong understanding of the customer, market dynamics and requirements in Rwanda
- A proven ability to oversee all marketing, advertising, social media, and promotional activities.
