In cooperation with Rwanda Education Board (REB), the University of Rwanda – College of Education (URCE), and its affiliated Teacher Training Colleges (TTC), VVOB starts in 2017 with a new multi-year programme on Leading, Teaching and Learning Together (2017-2021).

VVOB currently has no policy on the collection and use of user information including personal data and data generated as a result of taking part in learning activities. The growing importance of online CPD and the growing possibilities to collect and analyse user data (learning analytics, machine learning, artificial intelligence…) has led to the need for the development of a consistent and respectful approach to how VVOB and third parties it engages store and use information from trainers and trainees on its servers and on its partners’ servers.

By launching this call for proposals, we wish to attract consultant(s) that can develop a draft Data Protection and User Rights Policy for VVOB in Rwanda.

How to Apply

Interested consultants should submit their proposal by e-mail to jeanmonet.ngenzi@vvob.org by 17 May 2021, 5pm (UTC+02:00). All correspondence regarding this call should be sent to: jeanMonet.ngenzi@vvob.org.
