Pro-Femmes/ Twese Hamwe (PFTH) is an Umbrella of Rwandan Civil Society Organizations aiming at the advancement of women's status, peace, and development. It was established in October 1992, and currently represents 53 member organizations within the country.

CONSULTANCY TO REVIEW PRO-FEMMES/TWESE HAMWE STRATEGIC PLAN 2017-2021 AND DEVELOP THE NEW ONE FOR 2022-2026

Pro-Femmes / Twese Hamwe (PFTH) is a national umbrella of 53 Rwandan civil society organisations that envision a peaceful and stable Rwandan society free from all forms of gender discrimination, characterized in its development process by gender equality, equity and respect of women’s rights.

 PFTH’s mission is to contribute to the improvement of socio-economic status of women through coordination and capacity building of member organisations, advocacy initiatives and partnership development with state and non- state stakeholders.

To carry out successfully this noble mission, since her establishment in 1992, PFTH has constantly relied on comprehensive  and  medium time planning and implementation framework. Ccurrently, PFTH’s work is mainly guided by the strategic plan of 2017 ending by 2021; PFTH is hence seeking a competent consultant firm to review the existing strategic plan and develop a new strategy for the next 5 years from 2022 to 2026, building on the uptakes of the ending one.
