Tender: RECRUITMENT OF A CONSULTANT TO DEVELOP INFECTION PREVENTION AND CONTROL (IPC) POLICY AND ITS COSTED STRATEGIC PLAN FOR RWANDA MINISTRY OF HEALTH (MoH)

WaterAid Rwanda seeks to recruit a high caliber individual or consultancy firm who will develop Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) policy and its costed strategic plan for Rwanda Ministry of Health. This policy and strategic plan will serve as references to the sector for meeting health care services quality and safety standards that prevent the spread of infection in health care facilities and settings while offering environment and system of care which minimize the risk of infection to patients, staff, and visitors.

Interested individual/consultancy firms are required to express their interest and request for Terms of References (ToRs) via WARwanda@wateraid.org with a copy to VestineMukeshimana@wateraid.org and alphonsinemukamunana@moh.gov.rw  providing the following information:

  • Name of the consultancy firm/individual(s)
  • Contacts (Physical Address, email, Phone Contacts)
  • Proof of legal and or tax compliance status

Referring to the ToRs which will be sent upon request, interested individuals/consultancy firms will develop and send their technical and financial proposals to the above-mentioned email addresses not later than Wednesday, the 28th July 2019.

The successful applicant will be notified before the 2nd week of August 2019 and called for contract negotiation.
