EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR POTENTIALSERVICE PROVIDERS

 AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) is a non-profit organization based in USA that has been operating for the past 34 years with a mission to provide cutting edge medicine regardless of the ability to pay. AHF operates HIV prevention programs, healthcare clinics, pharmacies, managed care plans for people living with HIV/AIDS and currently has operations in 46 countries with more than 1,500,000 patients under its care throughout the world. AHF Rwanda operates in 10 districts where it supports 29 government health facilities and 1 local NGO in HIV prevention, testing, and HIV Care and Treatment Services in close collaboration with the Ministry of Health through Rwanda Biomedical Center (RBC).

AHF Rwanda invites sealed bids from all eligible firms/persons for pre-qualification of service providers (including current suppliers and providers) for works, services, and supplies for the financial year 2021.

Interested companies should submit the following documents:

• Application letter addressed to the Country Program Manager
• Certificate of incorporation or registration
• Valid Trading License
• VAT Registration where applicable
• Valid income tax clearance
• 3 Reference letters from 3 reputable organizations for reference.

Note: No firm should bid for more than two items and all the applications (Hard copies in a sealed envelope) will be submitted at AHF offices at Kacyiru, Gasabo-Kigali, Street: KG 684 ST on stone road towards Kinamba, Plot 19 and via email this email: AHF.Rwanda@aidshealth.org. The bids should be labelled “prequalification for provision of (nature of business)
