TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT 

TITLE OF TENDER: FOREST LANDSCAPE RESTORATION (FLR) FOR IMPROVED LIVELIHOODS POLICY GAP RESEARCH 

TENDER N˚: WVR/SCM/SK/2020/11/015 

World Vision is a Christian relief, development, and advocacy organization whose purpose is to create lasting change in the lives of children, families, and communities living in poverty. World Vision is dedicated to working with the world’s most vulnerable children. In Rwanda, World Vision has been part of the country’s experience and journey since 1994 working through relief, rehabilitation, and development programs. 

World Vision Rwanda hereby invites all specialized consultants (individuals and companies) in the field to participate in open and equal conditions to the tender for forest landscape restoration for improved livelihoods (FLR project) gap research consultancy.   

Anyone interested in bidding must submit the technical proposal responding to the attached Terms of References.  

Instructions to bidders: 

  1. The submission of bids will be done through the WVR e-procurement system. Anyone interested in bidding must submit the request of the tender document starting from 20/11/2020 and ends on 25/11/2020 to the following e-mails: Vincent_gashongore@wvi.org and arsene_niyongabo@wvi.org
  2. Bids submission deadline is on 2nd December 2020 through WVR e-procurement system.  after that time will not be considered.
