Position:      Overseas Network Supervisor

Vacancy:      1

Term:         Full time

Location:      Kigali, Rwanda

Reports to:    Overseas Network Development Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for overseas customs clearance/collection of delivery resource information;
  2. Assisting in overseas customs clearance/dispatching business negotiators;
  3. Responsible for the construction of overseas warehouses;
  4. Organizing and coordinating personnel based on product needs to build teams that meet the business needs;
  5. Responsible for research on market information/competitors;
  6. Participating in the establishment of product process;
  7. Responsible for training at the destination;
  8. Responsible for handling overseas emergencies;
  9. Other tasks assigned by the superior.

Job requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree in international Logistics or any other related.
  2. Proficient in English, French, and Swahili
  3. Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PPT);
  4. Have good communication, coordination and organization skills;
  5. Good learner;
  6. Willing to have long-term business trips to African countries;
  7. More than 3 years of relevant work experience in logistics, customs clearance, customs declaration, and overseas assignment.
