Description of the services

Under Public Policy Dialogue and Debate, IPAR-Rwanda organizers events which are highly attended by different stakeholders including those from the Government, Development Partners, Non-Governmental Organizations, Civil Society, Private Sector and Academia. In some events, citizens are invited. To ensure effective communication, some of the events need simultaneous interpretation usually in two languages.

Equally, through Research and Policy Analysis, IPAR Rwanda produces different reports and other documents which are accessible to the Public via IPAR Website, Social Media and Printed copies. These documents require proofreading, editing and translation.

IPAR Rwanda therefore seeks to hire a company that specializes in provision of simultaneous interpretation and document translation for a period of one year on a framework contract.  The company will work closely with the Public Relations and Communications Officer and the Directorate of Research to deliver.
