Voluntary Service Overseas (VSO) is an international development charity with a vision for a "world without poverty" and a mission to "bring people together to fight poverty". VSO recruits professionals to work as volunteers, living and working alongside local populations in developing countries. VSO was founded in 1958, and currently works in 23 countries in Africa, Asia and the Pacific.

VSO started work in Rwanda in 1998 at the invitation of the Government of Rwanda and it focuses on programmes in Education, disability and youth/national volunteering. VSO Rwanda's work revolves around six development goals including, Secure livelihood, HIV/AIDS reduction, Education, Participation and Governance, Health and Disability

Provision of Printing and Reprographic Services to VSO

VSO Rwanda intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for Provision of Printing and Reprographic Services to VSO for which this Bidding Document is issued.

VSOR invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the Provision of Printing and Reprographic Services to VSO as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements.

  1. Tender Documents in English may be obtained from KG 165 Street, House 12, Kimihurura Sector, Gasabo District, upon presentation of proof payment of a non-refundable fee of 5000 Rwf Paid in cash at our Headquarters.
  2. Tender document may be abstained on any working day from 30/05/2018 to18/06/2018, not later than 4:00PM.
  3. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid security of 50,000 Rwf, issued by a reputable bank or insurance company.

  5. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in one copy one of which is the original must reach the procurement officer at the address mentioned above not later than 18/062018, 10:00AM. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
  6. Bids will be opened the next day in the absence of bidders, and the results of the evaluation shall be communicated onto the addresses expressed in the bids.
  7. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title.
  8. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the rules and regulations of VSO procurement.
