TITLE OF THE TENDER: PROVISION OF TRAINING AND CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ISO 45001:2018

TENDER NUMBER: ICBS/004/05/NE/19

Ngali Energy is a Rwandan company specializing in the development, Operations and maintenance of energy assets in Rwanda and the region. Ngali Energy is a fully owned subsidiary of Ngali Holdings Ltd.

Ngali Energy hereinafter referred to as “the Client” is ISO-9001:2015 certified and now invites highly qualified and capable firms to submit their best proposals for the training and consultancy services for the implementation of ISO 45001:2018. More details are provided in the bidding document.

Bidding documents written in English may be obtained from Monday 13th, May 2019 during the working hours 8 AM to 5 PM from Ngali Energy Procurement Office located at Bodifa Mercy House 5th Floor, KG 624ST Kimihurura (Opp. Parliament), Gasabo or by email aaline.mukeshimana@ngali.com

Well prepared bids, properly bound and presented in two copies, one of which is original must reach the Procurement Office at the above-mentioned addressnot later than Friday 31st, May 2019 at 10h00AM local time. Late bids will be rejected.

Bids will be opened physically in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person at the address above on the same day 10:30 AM in Ngali Energy Board Room.

Quality Cost Based Selection will be the method used to evaluate the bids.
