Bidding Documents may be obtained by interested bidders from the office the Procurement Specialist upon paying cash (Rwf 18,000) or presentation of a payment slip of a non-refundable fee of USD 20.00 (Twenty American Dollars) paid to the “NELSAP Country Contributions” account in the National Bank of Rwanda; A/C number 1000007265 (USD). Bids in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the subject and reference number should be addressed and submitted physically to the address indicated below not later than 28th February 2019 at 16hr00.

Bids submitted after this deadline will not be considered. Bid opening will be done publicly immediately after closing time in the NELSAP Board room located on KN 81 St., Kigali City Tower. 5th Floor.
The sale will be made to the highest evaluated bid, however NELSAP reserves the right to accept or reject any bid.
