REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
Subject: Consultancy Services for development of 5 years Business and Strategic plan for COPEDU PLC.
COPEDU PLC is a Public Limited Company licensed by the National Bank of Rwanda to operate as a Microfinance Institution, registered in the office of the Registrar General with Company Code 100544626, P.O. Box 4053 Kigali.
COPEDU PLC is inviting qualified and interested Companies to provide consultancy services related to the development of 5 years business and strategic plan.
Interested Companies must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the requested consultancy by submitting detailed methodology and technical understanding to perform this assignment.
The shortlisting criteria on required qualifications and experience of the firm are described below:
- A brief overview of the Company.
- A detailed plan, including methodology and timelines
- The profile of the team members must include the knowledge in strategic and business plan development and an understanding of banking sector operations in Rwanda.
- Three (3) proof of similar assignment done in strategies development and financial projections in Rwanda.
- Company’s eligibility documents (Valid Tax clearance from RRA, RDB & RSSB certificate …).
The interested qualified companies are encouraged to send their expression of interest to the Head office of COPEDU PLC located at Kicukiro not later than December 09th 2024
