The Rwanda Duteze Imbere Ubutabera Activity is a USAID program implemented by Chemonics International in Rwanda.  The goal of the Rwanda DIU activity is to increase access to justice and enhance the rule of law in Rwanda through a two-part approach:1. improve judicial effectiveness in both formal court mechanisms and community justice (Abunzi); and 2. improve public understanding of judicial system process.

Dear Sir or Madam,

 

Chemonics Duteze Imbere Ubutabera LLC. (Hereinafter referred to as “Chemonics”), under the Duteze Imbere Ubutabera Activity, USAID Contract IQC Contract No. AID-OAA-I-13-00032, Task Order 72069618F00002, is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for RFQ for producing audited financial statements for Chemonics Duteze Imbere Ubutabera LLC. The attached RFP contains all the necessary information for interested Offerors.

         

The Duteze Imbere Ubutabera Activity (DIU) is a 3-year USAID-funded program implemented by Chemonics in Rwanda. The objective of DIU is to improve judicial effectiveness in both formal court mechanisms and community justice (Abunzi), and improve public understanding of judicial system processes and legal rights.

 

Companies or organizations should indicate their interest in submitting a proposal for the anticipated subcontract by sending an email indicating their intention to Rwanda Duteze Imbere Ubutabera Operations at diuprocurement@gmail.com by 17:00 local Kigali time on Thursday, March 25, 2019.

 

Interested Offerors can submit their questions to Rwanda Duteze Imbere Ubutabera Operations according to the instructions in 2 of the RFP. If necessary, Chemonics will provide answers to all relevant questions received in an amendment that will be emailed directly to all interested Offeror who registered with Rwanda Duteze Imbere Ubutabera Operations.

 

This RFP does not obligate Chemonics to execute a subcontract nor does it commit Chemonics to pay any costs incurred in the preparation and submission of the proposals. Furthermore, Chemonics reserves the right to reject any and all offers, if such action is considered to be in the best interest of Chemonics.
