Tender Reference: RWA/KIG/A0001/2021 for purchasing Corrugated Aluminium- Zinc Iron sheet.

Concern Worldwide - Rwanda intends to award a contract for the supply of Corrugated Aluminium- Zinc Iron sheets with financial assistance from the Irish Aid, Government of Ireland. 

The required specifications are:

Quality: Aluminium-Zinc Coating of 0.2mm, min 100 GSM

AZ 100 (110 gms/m2 of Al-Zn Coating), 55 % Aluminium–zinc alloy coated (or coated with an alloy of 55% Aluminium, 43.3% Zinc and 1.6% Silicon).

ALL Sheets should be marked clearly with the company name and AZ coating class and should be AZ100.


Width 90cm, Length – 300cm, Pitch: between 75 – 76.2, Depth: 18

Base Metal Thickness

32 Gauge

 Related transport and insurance costs to Huye Concern Office should be included in the bid.

These are the minimum requirements in order to be technically acceptable – these should be clearly stated in the tenderers’ bid.

The tender pack is available from Concern Worldwide Huye office located at Kabutare village, Butare cell, Ngoma sector; Huye district; P.o.Box 333 Butare or at Tender pack collection time is from 28th September 2021 until 18th October 2021, from 8.00hrs-17.00hrs Monday to Thursday. On Friday it should be from 8.00hrs-14.00hrs.

The deadline for submission of tenders is on or before 17.00hrs on 18th October 2021. Late bids shall be rejected. Concern retains the right to accept or reject any offer/proposal prior to the award of contract.
