 TITLE: TENDER FOR SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF IT EQUIPMENT IN BDF BRANCHES

 SOURCE OF FUND:  BDF

CLIENT: BDF

 Business Development Fund (BDF) hereby invites qualified bidders for supply and installation of IT equipment in BDF Branches. Participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all eligible companies specialized in the field with a valid trading license.

 The tender consists of one indivisible lot.

Lot 1: Supply and installation of IT equipment in BDF Branches;

Tender Document may be obtained from the BDF Head Office/Reception located at M PEACE PLAZA, 5th Floor (Central Town), upon presentation of a prepaid bank slip of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwanda francs (10,000 Rwf) deposited to the account N° 040-0335373-77 of BRD DEVELOPMENT FUND (BDF) opened at Bank of Kigali (BK).

 All bids “shall” be accompanied by a “Bid Security” of 1,500,000Frw issued by the recognized commercial banks only.

 The bid security shall be valid until thirty days after the bid validity period and shall be issued by the recognized commercial banks.

Well printed bids written in French or English, properly bound and presented in three (3) copies of which, an Original and two (2) copies must reach, in sealed envelopes, the BDF Head Office located at M PEACE PLAZA, 5th Floor (Central Town) not later than 04/04/2019 at 3:00 p.m. prompt local time. Late bids will be strictly rejected.

The bids will remain valid for 120 days starting from the deadline for their submission.

The opening of the bids will take place in a public session on the same day at 3:30 p.m prompt local time at BDF Conference room.
