Urunana Development communication (Urunana DC) invites eligible and qualified companies to submit their best technical and financial proposals for the supply of promotional materials required for SBCC activities of Urunana DC Program:

Participation is open on equal conditions to all Firms specialized in supply of promotional materials for SBCC program activities. The Tender Documents will be sent via email to interested bidders upon their request to Urunana DC via email: info@urunanadc.org.rw not later than the 24^th of January 2021.

The technical and financial proposals will be submitted in a zip folder containing 2 subfolders (one for technical proposal and another for the Financial proposal) via email: info@urunanadc.org.rw to Urunana DC, with the Ref. No. 21/005/PM_Urunana DC/PP/2021 - of the tender in the subject of the email. The deadline for submission of bids: January 27, 2021 not later than 4:00pm 

Note:

1. Only short listed bidders will be invited to present their proposals.
2. Hard copies of the bids will not be received at Urunana DC office (ONLY electronic version of bids sent via email will be accepted)
