The National Paralympic Committee of Rwanda is a non-profit making sports organization under the law N°05/1987 from February 18th 1987 having sports and recreation as its mandate. It is based at the Amahoro National Stadium in Kigali.

The National Paralympic Committee of Rwanda was founded on November 1st 2001. It has now 20 associations and sport clubs for people with disabilities as members. It is a member of the International Paralympic Committee (IPC), of the National Olympic and Sportive Committee of Rwanda (CNOSR), member of APC (African Paralympic Committee) and WOVD (World Organisation of Volleyball for Disabled).

TITLE: PROVISION OF BOCCIA BALLS

Dear bidders,

In the framework of the project RWA/PCA2024169/SPD2024294 supported by UNICEF and implemented BY NPC Rwanda; NPC Rwanda invites eligible bidders to submit their offers for the provision of 8 set of boccia balls with following characteristics:

  • High quality natural leather;
  • soft ball;
  • Bounce less and roll straight;
  • competition ball;
  • Approved by Bisfed.

Bidders are required to provide price for balls with referee materials and price for balls without referee materials. They must also produce following documents:

  • RDB certificate
  • RRA tax clearance
  • Good completion certificate
  • IBM certificate

well printed bids, properly bound and presented in 3 copies among which one is original, will be hand-delivered in a sealed envelope marking the reference number of the tender and must be submitted at the reception of National Paralympic Committee of Rwanda office, in the Ministry of Sports building, floor 1 on 9/10/2024 before 2: P.M local time. Bids opening will be the same day at 3:00 PM local time at the same address.
