Those who are interested in participating in this tender are requested to deliver the requested documents to the Catholic University of Rwanda, Campus Taba, Huye district before 24th August 2022 at 10:00 a m. Those documents are the followings:

  1. Letter of intent to bid,
  2. Copy of Trading License,
  3. Copy of RRA valid tax clearance certificate, or recommendation letter from RRA allowing the company to participate in public tender
  4. Unit Price and Total Price for each item.
  5. Statement of delivery period

The sealed envelopes will be opened in public on 24th August 2022, at 10:30 a.m. in the presence of the participants. The winner will be who meets the requirements, with the lowest price.  He must be ready to deliver the materials cited above in 2 days after agreement with the Catholic University of Rwanda (CUR) on the execution of the contract.
