Position: Accountant

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree In Accounting or Finance.
  • Accounting Qualification such as CPA or ACCA is an added Value.
  • Demonstrated strength in relevant computer software Including Excel.

Skills: 

  • Excellent English (Spoken and written)
  • Quick learner
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Detail-focused.
  • Executor/Finisher.

Duties

  • Preparation of monthly management accounts and variance analysis
  • Budgeting - In charge of Payments forecasting and scheduling.
  • Loan Schedule maintenance and updating and the risk analysis of the loan financing. Performing end month processes on a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage the asset register for the company.
  • Supplier Invoice booking
  • Perform monthly supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Costing and Stock revaluations
  • Routine and monthly inventory reconciliations together with the Stock Manager Ensure all prepayments and accruals are passed on a monthly basis.
  • Payroll processing and taxes declaration.
