About Us:

We are a dynamic group managing multiple companies in Rwanda. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team. This role is pivotal in helping streamline our financial processes and ensuring efficient management of our operations.

Job Description:

We are looking for an Executive Assistant with a strong background in Finance to support our diverse business needs. This position involves:

  • Financial Management: Overseeing and filing taxes for our various companies within Rwanda, and preparing financial plans as needed.
  • Communication and Coordination: Acting as a point of contact between executives and employees/clients, ensuring all parties are up to date with relevant information.
  • Operational Support: Handling administrative tasks, managing schedules, and attending meetings on behalf of the executive team as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and file corporate taxes efficiently.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies and plans.
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, handling correspondence, and maintaining confidential documents.
  • Attend strategic meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
  • Occasionally run errands and manage logistical requirements for the executive team.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English, French, and Kinyarwanda required.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role. Familiarity with financial planning and tax filing. Experience with Odoo ERP is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, adept with technology, and a quick learner.
  • Traits: Highly proactive, able to think independently and initiate action without waiting for detailed instructions.
