REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR SERVICE PROVIDERS
SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda is an independent member association affiliated to the SOS Federation. As a leader in childcare, SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda leverages existing community resources to strengthen quality child care and protection through a holistic continuum of care tailored to orphans, vulnerable children and their families.
SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda actively advocates for the promotion of childcare and child protection. Since 2004. SOS-CV Rwanda builds its vision as that, every child belongs to a family and grows with love, respect, and security and its mission is that we build families for children in need, we help them shape their own futures and we share in the development of their communities.
In order to fulfill the above mission and Vision, SOS-CV Rwanda calls for Expression of Interest for the specialized firms or companies to submit their expression of interest by filling the format provided together with list of various activities.
The Interested bidders should submit their expression of interest by filling format provided in the area of specialization that shall be shared upon requested and related documents:
- Name of the company/firm: Address (PO Box), Phone Number, Email address, Physical address;
- A copy of RDB certificate showing that the company/firm is eligible in the specific field of Business;
- Original or a copy of the tax clearance certificate from RRA;
Only qualified bidders will be in the database of SOS-CV Rwanda Vendor list; (those who were already in SOS-CV Rwanda Vendor list for the past years are requested to express their interest if they are still interested). For the bidders who are interested are requested to login to the procurement e-mail sos.procurement@sos-rwanda.org and copy to sosbnc@sos-rwanda.org demanding activities in regard to the specialization of the firms/companies and related format to fill in and thereafter send the well filled format and signed to the above emails. Where applicable, SOS-CV Rwanda shall make a site visit to the applicants to prove the physical and office existence of the company.
SOS-CV Rwanda calls for expression of interest to those companies specialized in the different categorization of the services as indicated on the format to be shared upon requested. Hard copies are not accepted. The deadline for submission is set on May 6, 2024 at 5:00 p.m.
The evaluation results will be communicated through the provided e-mails that will be used during the submission of your expression of interest.
