TENDER NOTICE
UMUTANGUHA Finance Company (UFC) Plc, a company duly registered in the office of the Registrar General under company code number 101310843, licensed by National Bank of Rwanda to operate as Micro Finance Institution (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) funded by its own budget towards the cost of the SUPPLY OF ONE VEHICLE (RAV4), would like to invite all interested and eligible bidders to submit their offer for the aforementioned tender for the period of 45 days from the date of signing the contract.

Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in 2 copies one of which is the original must reach the Human Resource and Administration Department of UMUTANGUHA FINANCE COMPANY Plc at the address mentioned above not later than 10th May, 2024 at 10.00am local hours. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives on 10th May, 2024 at 10:30am in the Boardroom of UFC Plc at Nyamirambo Head Office.
