Baoye Group was founded in 1974 and is headquartered in Shaoxing, Zhejiang. It has been continuously  ranked among one of the biggest international construction companies. There are around 25000 employees.

Baoye has been Going abroad since 1982, and has insisted on "going out" development. It is a pioneer, practitioner and promoter of the "Belt and Road" initiative. For more than 30 years, Baoye has fully entered the international construction market, actively undertaking the private and public infrastructure  . It is one of the construction companies with the longest history of overseas contracting projects.
