DefixerHub is an on-demand digital marketplace that connects customers with verified skilled service providers (artisans) for home and business maintenance services. Through the DefixerHub mobile application, customers can browse service categories, request services, schedule appointments, communicate with service providers, and make secure cashless payments. Services available on the platform include, but are not limited to, plumbing, electrical works, air conditioning installation and repairs, appliance repairs, carpentry, painting, cleaning, pest control, CCTV installation, welding, masonry, roofing, and other home and commercial maintenance services.

The platform facilitates payment collection from customers and, where applicable, disbursement of funds to service providers after successful completion of services, in accordance with DefixerHub’s payment, escrow, and settlement policies.
