We also wholesale motorcycle parts. We have been serving the East African market for 22 years and Rwanda for 10 years and are in need of sales representatives.

Our company is located in the Gahanga Industrial Zone, KK 1259 St, Kicukiro, Kigali.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Saturday. One-hour lunch break is allowed.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Motorcycle Repair Technician based in Kigali. The Motorcycle Repair Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing motorcycles, troubleshooting mechanical issues, performing regular maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role also involves interacting with customers to understand their concerns and providing clear communication about repair status and recommendations.

Qualifications

Skills in Maintenance & Repair, and Appliance Repair
Ability to Troubleshoot mechanical issues and diagnose problems
Strong Customer Satisfaction and Communication skills
Experience with various motorcycle makes and models
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
ASE certification or equivalent qualification is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred
