Gishari integrated Polytechnic was established to implement skills development through   TVET based on the parternership and MOU   Signed between Rwandan National Police (RNP) and work force Development Authority (WDA).The Polytechnic opened its Doors on 18^th March 2013 but was officially Launched on 28^th November 2013 initially the polytechnic started with 230 Students 86 of them enroled for Diploma where as 144 registered for Vocational Training Course Level 3.
