Lifestyle Fitness Africa (LFA) is a Rwandan fitness and wellness centre based in Kicukiro, Kigali. Since 2020, LFA has been building an inclusive fitness community that supports members, athletes, teams and partners through professional training, wellness services and a welcoming environment where everyone belongs.

LFA also operates LFA Academy, a dedicated fitness training institution focused on preparing the next generation of fitness professionals in Rwanda. The Academy provides employment-focused training from Gym and Group Exercise Instructor level through to Club Manager and Tutor-Assessor pathways, aligned with Rwanda’s TVET framework and recognised international fitness standards.
