ADDENDUM No 2 TO TENDER NO: 06/G/NCB/2026-2027/KFHR

Reference is made to Tender No. 06/G/NCB/2026-2027/KFHR regarding the Supply of dustbins, Soaps Dispensers, boots, paper towel dispensers and small buckets to King Faisal Hospital Rwanda, which was published on Job in Rwanda on October 1, 2026, and initially scheduled for opening on October 22, 2026.

Following requests from interested bidders for an extension of the bid submission deadline and requests for clarification regarding the supplies under Lot No. 1&2, King Faisal Hospital Rwanda hereby informs all interested bidders of the following amendments:

1. Extension of the Submission Deadline: The bid submission deadline is extended by an additional seven (7) calendar days. The new submission deadline is therefore October 29, 2026.

2. Site Visit: The site visit for the supplies under Lot No. 1&2 is optional and is not mandatory for bidders.

3. The bid security for each lot has been changed from Rwf 1,500,000 to Rwf 700,000

All other terms and conditions of the original tender document remain unchanged.
