TENDER NOTICE

TENDER TITLE: CONSTRUCTION WORKS FOR THE EXTENSION OF RWANDAIR CATERING ADMINISTATION BUILDING’S OFFICES

TENDER NO: 79/RCL/03/2023-2024

RwandAir Catering Ltd is a fast-growing Inflight Catering Company in Rwanda that started its operations from August 2014 and has been providing catering services to airlines, private jets and charters since its inception. RwandAir Catering Ltd aims to be one of the biggest aviation catering company in Africa. In line with these developments and expansion plans RwandAir Catering Ltd hereinafter called ‘’Client’ ’invites the eligible companies to submit their offers for Construction Works for the Extension of RwandAir Catering Ltd Administration Building ‘s Office.

Tender Document may be obtained by lodging a request to .“dan.mugabo@rwandaircatering.rw or evode.nduwayezu@rwandaircatering.rw ” with presentation of a prepaid bank slip of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwanda francs (10,000 Frw) deposited to the account N° 00097-06956367-12 (Currency: FRW) of RWANDAIR CATERING LTD opened at BANK OF KIGALI LTD;

All bids “shall” be accompanied by a “Bid Security” of 10,000,000 Frw, from recognized commercial banks or financial institutions. The bid security shall be valid until thirty days after the validity period.

An Compulsory site visit will be conducted as follows: the site visit is scheduled at 11:00 a.m on 15^th April 2024 at Rwandair catering Ltd.

Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in 2 copies one of which is the original must reach the Rwandair Catering located at KN5 Road, Kigali International Airport not later than 30^th April 2024 at 10:00 am local time. Late bids will be rejected.

The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender number, name and title.

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend at the Rwandair catering Ltd board room on the same day at 10:30 am local time.

The bids will remain valid for 120 days starting from the deadline for their submission.
