Position Overview
The Digital Transformation and Intelligent Systems Officer will complete modernization and strategic expansion of Brainae’s integrated digital ecosystem. The role involves leading architecture design, intelligent systems integration, AI-driven automation, institutional digital infrastructure development, financial systems engineering, cybersecurity implementation, and global platform scalability.
The position requires strong understanding in transforming complex digital ecosystems into globally competitive intelligent platforms capable of serving universities, researchers, consultancy operations, publishers, and professional training institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Digital Transformation Leadership
• Lead the transformation of the existing Brainae platform into a fully integrated intelligent ecosystem
• Develop enterprise-wide digital transformation strategies aligned with global standards
• Provide oversight of all technology operations and innovation systems - Academic and Intelligent Learning Systems
• Development and optimization of advanced LMS and ODeL systems
• Integrate AI-assisted learning, smart assessments, e-proctoring, and automated certification systems
• Supervise academic data management, transcripts, research tracking, and publication systems - Enterprise Systems Architecture
• Design and manage scalable multi-institution digital architecture
• Lead integration of LMS, E-library, consultancy, financial, and research systems
• Ensure interoperability across all platform modules and services - Artificial Intelligence and Automation
• Implement AI-powered recommendation engines and predictive analytics systems
• Deploy intelligent automation for support services, learning systems, and financial operations
• Lead development of 24/7 AI assistant systems trained on institutional data - Financial Technology and Smart Payment Systems
• Supervise scholarship, loan, commission, and payment gateway systems
• Ensure transparent financial reporting, audit trails, and automated financial workflows
• Multi-currency and international payment integration systems - Cybersecurity and Data Governance
• Develop enterprise cybersecurity frameworks and data protection systems
• Ensure platform integrity, user authentication, fraud prevention, and examination security
• Maintain audit logs, compliance systems, and secure infrastructure governance - Mobile and Global Digital Infrastructure
• Lead development of mobile applications and smart user experience systems
• Ensure multilingual system deployment including French integration
• Position Brainae as a globally scalable intelligent digital platform
Minimum Requirements
- Strong experience in enterprise systems architecture and AI-powered platform development
- Proven experience of large-scale digital transformation projects
- Demonstrated expertise in LMS systems, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity and AI integration
- Strong understanding of higher education technology ecosystems and institutional systems
Desirable Competencies
- Expertise in AI, machine learning, blockchain, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and automation systems
- Experience in global education technology ecosystems
