EXPRESSION OF INTEREST – CONSTRUCTION WORKS
World Vision is a child-focused Christian humanitarian organization implementing development programmes in 30 Districts of Rwanda. Our interventions in the strategic period of 2026-2030 seek to reach 2.5 million of the most vulnerable children. This is done through programming in Resilience and Livelihoods, WASH and Health, Child Protection, and Education.
World Vision International Rwanda hereby invites all competent and reputable companies/suppliers specialized in construction works to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the works indicated below, tender Lots.
- LOT 1: CONSTRUCTION AND REHABILITATION OF WASH FACILITIES AT EP KARAMBI, KIVUMU SECTOR IN RUTSIRO DISTRICT
- LOT 2: CONSTRUCTION AND REHABILITATION OF WASH FACILITIES AT EP GISHWATI IN RUTSIRO DISTRICT
- LOT 3: CONSTRUCTION AND REHABILITATION OF WASH FACILITIES AT MAZIBA HEALTH POST, EP UMUCYO, GS VUMBI IN RUTSIRO DISTRICT
- Lot 4: CONSTRUCTION AND REHABILITATION OF WASH FACILITIES AT KINIHIRA and MUKURA HCFs in Rutsiro district
- Lot 5: CONSTRUCTION AND REHABILITATION OF WASH FACILITIES EP BUSANZA& EP KINUNU IN RUTSIRO DISTRICT
- Lot 6: CONSTRUCTION AND REHABILITATION OF WASH FACILITIES AT HANIRO HP, MUSHUBATI HC, KAGANO HP, RWUMBA HP IN RUTSIRO DISTRICT
Participation in the competition is therefore open and on equal conditions to all companies specialized in the field.
Instruction to bidders:
- All tendering processes and bid submissions must be completed online via the WVR e-procurement system (Coupa). No hard-copy submissions will be accepted.
- Interested bidders must express interest through the provided link, not later than 7/05/2026 at 9:00 AM
- An email will be sent to all bidders who expressed interest, granting access to the Tender documents on the date to be indicated in the e-procurement system (Coupa).
- Bids must be submitted exclusively via the WVR e-procurement system by the deadline communicated in Coupa. No company will be awarded more than two lots.
