EXPRESSION OF INTEREST – PROVISION OF IN-HOUSE CAFETERIA/RESTAURANT SERVICES

World Vision is a child-focused Christian humanitarian organization implementing development programs in 30 Districts of Rwanda. Our interventions during the strategic period 2026-2030 aim to reach 2.5 million of the most vulnerable children. This is done through programming in Resilience and Livelihoods, WASH and Health, Child Protection and Education.

To ensure staff well-being and productivity, and to provide convenient, quality meals during official meetings and workshops, World Vision International–Rwanda Office (WVIR) requires reliable in-house cafeteria/restaurant services. This service will support our teams and guests by offering affordable, nutritious meals and beverages within our premises and other designated locations in Kigali.

WVIR therefore invites all qualified and experienced service providers to submit their Expression of Interest for the provision of these services for a period of twelve months, renewable upon satisfactory performance and availability of funds.

Scope of Services

The selected service provider will:

  • Operate and manage the cafeteria within WVR premises and other places indicated within Kigali for staff and meetings.
  • Provide a variety of quality meals, snacks, and beverages at affordable prices.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and customer service.
  • Comply with all applicable health regulations and WVI policies.

  • Valid business registration related to these services as issued by Rwanda Development Board (RDB).
  • Proven past experience in managing cafeteria or restaurant services.
