EXPRESSION OF INTEREST – THE SUPPLY OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS TO WORLD VISION RWANDA FIELD OPERATION AREAS
World Vision is a child-focused Christian humanitarian organization implementing development programmes in 30 Districts of Rwanda. Our interventions in the strategic period of 2026-2030 seek to reach 2.5 million of the most vulnerable children. This is done through programming in Resilience and Livelihoods, WASH and Health, Child Protection and Education.
World Vision International Rwanda hereby invites all competent and reputable companies/suppliers specialized in construction materials to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for below items:

Quarry related materials (Stone - Sand – Laterite,), Bricks/Blocks, Wood/Timber related materials

Building Finishing and Utility Materials (Cement, Tiles, Paints, Plumbing, Electrical Materials)

Doors and Windows (Metallic Doors and Windows, Wooden Doors and Windows)

Metal Construction Materials (Steel Bars, Iron Bars, Other Metallic Materials)

Minimum requirements:
- Full Registration Information of Domestic Company issued by RDB with activity related to this tender (Supply of construction Materials)
- Valid RRA tax clearance Certificate
- Valid Rwanda Social Security Board certificate; (RSSB
- Two (2) Certificate of Good Completion of the similar executed tenders in value of Twenty Million Rwandan francs (20,000,000Rwf) each, for supplying related construction materials from reputable organization (Government, NGOs, or other recognized institutions) with related contracts.
- Must provide the promise or credit line equivalent to Thirty Million Rwandan francs (30,000,000Rwf) The promise or credit line must be specifically issued for and dedicated to this tender.
Instructions to bidders:
- All tendering processes and bid submissions must be completed online via the WVR e-procurement system (Coupa). No hard-copy submissions will be accepted.
- Interest bidders must express interest through the provided;LINK.not later than, 02 November 2026at5:00PM
- An email will be sent to all bidders who expressed interest, granting access to the Tender documents on the date to be indicated in e-procurement system (Coupa).
- Bids must be submitted exclusively via the WVR e-procurement system by the deadline communicated in Coupa. No company will be awarded more than two lots.
