EXPRESSION OF INTEREST – SUPPLY OF FURNITURE To Mahembe HC, Kibingo HC, Karengera HC, Hanika HC and Gatare HC in Nyamasheke District.
World Vision is a child-focused Christian humanitarian organization implementing development programmes in 30 Districts of Rwanda. Our interventions in the strategic period of 2026-2030 seek to reach 2.5 million of the most vulnerable children. This is done through programming in Resilience and Livelihoods, WASH and Health, Child Protection and Education.
World Vision International Rwanda hereby invites all competent and reputable companies/suppliers specialized in the supply of furniture to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the works indicated above.
Participation in the competition is therefore open and on equal conditions to all companies specialized in the field. The contract will be a one-time supply.
Instructions to bidders:
- Bidders are informed that all tendering process and bid submission will be done through (online) WVR e-procurement (Coupa); no hard copies will be accepted.
- Interested bidders shall express interest through this LINK, not later than 17th July 2026 at 11:00 AM
- An e-mail will be sent to all service providers who expressed their interest to access the Terms of Reference on the date to be indicated in the e-procurement system (Coupa).
- Bids must therefore be submitted only via WVR e-procurement not later than the date which will be indicated in the system.
