GYNAECOLOGISTS (RSOG)  

Invitation for Submission of Quotations: Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of Minimally Invasive Gynaecologic Surgery (MIS) Equipment 

The Rwanda Society of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (RSOG) invites qualified and experienced medical equipment suppliers to submit their technical and financial proposals for the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of Minimally Invasive Gynaecologic Surgery (MIS) equipment under RFQ No. RSOG-RFQ-2026/10/005. 

The procurement will support RSOG’s hospital-based MIS CPD Programme, implemented in collaboration with the Ministry of Health. The selected supplier will be required to supply the equipment specified in the Terms of Reference (ToR) and enter into a 12-month Framework Agreement with RSOG, with fixed unit prices for the listed items. The agreement will cover the initial purchase and may also be used for subsequent orders of the same items during its validity period, subject to RSOG’s requirements, budget availability and the necessary approvals. 

Interested suppliers are invited to submit complete technical and financial proposals in accordance with the requirements and submission instructions set out in the ToR. 

Proposals must be submitted electronically in PDF format to procurement.rsog@rsog.org.rw  no later than November 11, 2026, at 5:00 PM Rwanda time. Late submissions will not be considered. 

All inquiries and requests for clarification must be submitted in writing to procurement.rsog@rsog.org.rw , quoting the RFQ reference number. Clarification requests must be received by the deadline specified in the ToR.
